DUFF QUARRY IS COMMITTED TO THE SAFETY OF OUR COMMUNITY 

DUFF QUARRY, IN COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL LAW 30CFR § 46.1-12 AND FEDERAL MINING PERMITS, DOES NOT ALLOW ANY HUNTING/FISHING OR ANY NONMINING ACTIVITY ON ANY DUFF PROPERTY. NO PERMISSION WILL BE GIVEN.

ALL EXISTING PERMISSIONS ARE NULL AND VOID 

Duff Quarry is fully committed to complying with all Federal MSHA laws. In complying with the federally required SOSA (stay out, stay alive!) campaign the company must insist on the following: Hunting, fishing, swimming and non-mining activity is strictly prohibited by federal law on any permitted mine site in the state of Ohio. Although in the past permission had been granted, Duff Quarry can no longer permit ANY non-mining activity on ANY Duff Property. This law applies to all active and idle properties. Any and all permissions given are considered null and void. No permission of any kind will be granted so please do not ask. Your understanding is appreciated.
